How We Use Your Information

Data Storage & Security

Your data is hosted on Supabase, a cloud infrastructure platform built on top of PostgreSQL. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Row Level Security (RLS) policies to isolate organization data.
• Secure password hashing using bcrypt.
• JWT-based authentication with token expiration.
• Rate limiting on API endpoints to prevent abuse.
• Input validation on all user-submitted data.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Photo Data

Photos uploaded to iClickPro are stored in secure cloud storage via Supabase Storage. Key points regarding your photo data:

• You own your content. All photos and project data you upload remain your intellectual property.
• We do not sell, license, or share your photos with third parties for their own purposes.
• Photos may be processed by AI services for classification and tagging features. This processing is performed solely to provide functionality within your account.
• You may export or delete your photos at any time through the platform.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate and improve iClickPro:

• Supabase: Database hosting, authentication infrastructure, and file storage.
• Vercel: Application hosting, deployment, and web analytics.
• Google Analytics (GA4): Website traffic analysis, session tracking, and marketing attribution. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic AI: AI-powered photo classification, tag suggestions, and smart folder organization. Photo data sent for processing is not retained by Anthropic beyond the request lifecycle.
• Sentry: Error monitoring and performance tracking to maintain service reliability.

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Export your photos, projects, and reports from the platform.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Delete your account and all associated data. Contact us and we will process your request within 30 days.
• Withdraw consent for optional data processing (e.g., analytics) at any time.
